Collaborative Process
Due to precautions related to COVID-19, we have expanded our options for remote consultations but remain fully operational. Please contact our office to discuss whether a full phone consultation or video conference is appropriate for your situation.
When both sides agree to use the collaborative family law process, these confidential, informal conferences attempt to preserve the family’s resources by settling issues out of court, and without the threat of costly litigation. Private and cooperative exchanges of financial documents, and non-adversarial resolution of conflicts involving children, are designed to reduce anxiety and uncertainty, as couples agree in advance that they will not litigate these issues. Catherine is trained and experienced in the Collaborative Family Law Process and can help.
